Initially I was only interested in brows, after seeing the results I went ahead and added permanent eyeliner. I would recommend using Sapphire Inked you won’t regret it. Jessica was amazing! The experience was so comforting. This was the first time I’ve had my eyeliner done and I definitely was nervous. She answered all my questions, talked me through every step and helped me feel so at ease.
